Merakhi is based in Atlanta, Georgia, however all of our clothes and jewelry are made in South Asia.
Please send us your change request(s) within 24 hours of your purchase to info@shopmerakhi.com and we will see what we can do.
Currently we offer free domestic shipping in the US for all items listed on our website. Certain custom orders may have a shipping fee associated. If you're not based in the US and would like to purchase something from Merakhi, please contact us at info@shopmerakhi.com or WhatsApp us, and we will do our best to work with you.
All made-to-order or customized orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. For products eligible for return, see our Return & Exchange Policy (linked in the footer). If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to info@shopmerakhi.com with images and a detailed description, and someone from our team will get in touch within 48 hours.
