We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn't right do let us know. Before you return a Merakhi product, please take a moment to understand that our products are handcrafted by artisans, resulting in each piece being unique and slightly different from each other. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control. 

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. 

In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at info@shopmerakhi.com within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond back right away to remedy the situation. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and in its original packaging. 

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order / customized items and accessories / jewelry once the order is placed, unless it is a quality defect.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
• Sizing issues. Please review our size guide carefully before making your purchase. 
• Products returned in a used or damaged condition. 

We have a right to refuse excessive or unreasonable return requests.

Cancellation policy:

If for any reason, you wish to cancel the order, after the payment has been captured, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of your purchase at info@shopmerakhi.com , include the Order Number in the subject of the email and we will enable it.
